Pilates Studio 165 is an established rehabilitation and movement therapy centre, situated in an easily accessible location in North Fitzroy, Melbourne. Using a synthesis of Pilates, Garuda and GYROTONIC® techniques its two globally experienced trainers, Anna Tetlow and Campbell McKenzie, are able to draw upon on a wide range of internationally prescribed interventions and exercises.
